- To be upset: When someone is upset, it means they are experiencing negative emotions such as sadness, anger, or disappointment. It indicates a state of being emotionally distressed or disturbed.
- Input: refers to information, data, or feedback that is provided or given into a system, process, or discussion.
- Tactful: refers to the ability to communicate or act in a sensitive, considerate, and diplomatic manner, especially in delicate or difficult situations, in order to avoid offending or upsetting others.
